We’ve updated the More card app and website to help further protect your account. The biggest difference is we’ve introduced Two Step Verification, a process that helps confirm that it’s you accessing your account.
The website and app will only ask you for this extra verification for access to preferences, account details and requesting vouchers.
To make sure your More card account is even more secure, update your phone with the latest version of the app.

2. Log into your account
Whenever you need to change preferences, view account details, request a Fiver or Christmas Saver voucher, you’ll be asked to complete a Two Step Verification.
1. We'll send you a 6 digit code via email - it'll be valid for 30 minutes
2. You pop this code in where the app or website asks for it, confirming it's you
That’s it. That’s all it takes to complete a Two Step Verification.
If your app hasn't updated automatically, please visit the app store to download. It may take a few hours for the update to show so please keep checking.
If you experience any issues once the update has been completed please log out of the More app and log back in again. This should refresh the update if it hasn't happened automatically.
The verification email is sent to the email registered to your More Card account.
